WHO ARE OUR TREATMENTS FOR?

All treatments are for Ladies only and are available by appointment.

Our treatments are specially tailored for adults aged 18 and over.

HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING ONLINE?

Appointments are subject to availability; we suggest you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

When your request for an appointment has been received, we will confirm your request by sending an e-mail or SMS message to the email address or mobile number you provide us.

For appointments booked on behalf of another person, the person attending the appointment will be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions relating to that appointment on behalf of the guest.

Please complete any online forms that are sent to you before your booked treatment time.

WHY AM I PAYING A BOOKING FEE?

When you make a booking with us, we’ll require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment, (some services may require 100% of the service cost). This fee will come off your total when you pay at the end of your appointment on the day.

For phone bookings and in-person bookings, you will be sent a payment link by email to pay the booking fee. The fee is used as a guarantee for your appointment.

The booking will be confirmed when the payment has been received. If you wish to make a booking for two or more appointments, each will be subject to a booking fee to secure the booking.

HOW MUCH NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO AMEND AN APPOINTMENT?

We request that you give us as much notice as possible and no less than 72 hours notice if you need to amend or reschedule an appointment or the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

CAN I STILL RECEIVE TREATMENTS IF I AM PREGNANT?

Please do not book treatments during your pregnancy. It is in your best interest to book with therapists specifically trained to provide safe treatments during pregnancy. 

SHOULD I MENTION I HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION?

Please advise us of any health conditions and medication you are taking when booking your appointment. You are responsible for checking all details and any restrictions on a service before booking. This includes the disclosure of any medical conditions or allergy/health information.

If your health has changed since your last visit to the salon, you must make this known to your therapist before your treatment so we are aware and can update your client records.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive later than 15 minutes after your appointment time, we will try to provide the services, but it may be reduced or altered out of consideration to the next client, or we may decide we can’t, and the treatment will be treated as cancelled without notice by you. We may then decide to charge in full for the treatment service, and time as a loss of revenue.

IS THERE A WAITING LIST FOR APPOINTMENTS?

Appointment bookings are subject to availability. If your desired appointment time is unavailable, we would be happy to place you on a waiting list and we will be in touch if an appointment becomes available.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Parking is available free of charge.

HOW DO GIFT VOUCHERS/E-VOUCHER WORK?

Tranquillity Zone vouchers are available for purchase online as a monetary value. They are valid for the time specified (expiry date as stated on the voucher) and are non-refundable. If you would like to redeem a voucher against treatments you may do so online at the time of booking. Or bring it with you on the day of your visit.
